Speciality programme payment options and policies

These fees apply to East African citizens from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo, and South Sudan. International student fees are 20% higher.

Additional fee information
  • All fees are in Kenyan Shillings and include tuition, facilities, practical lessons, demonstrations, projects, and research supervision.
  • Registration fee: KES 1,000 paid online to Paybill 4036475.
  • If accepted, applicants pay a minimum programme entry deposit of KES 20,000 before registration as an NDA candidate.
  • Your place is confirmed after presenting the necessary certificates and paying at least 30% of term fees.
  • Hospitality and examination fees range from KES 6,000 for day scholars to KES 12,000 for boarders.
  • Practical experience and attachment are the student’s responsibility.
Policies and payment channels
Refund, deferment, and payment guidance
  • All payments are non-refundable unless NDA cancels the programme.
  • Students with late payments may be blocked from classes, exams, projects, or enrollment into another term.
  • Deferring to the next cohort requires a letter of request and a deferment fee of KES 2,000.
  • Resit fee: KES 5,000 per unit. Remark fee: KES 5,000 per paper.
  • Graduation fee: KES 2,500 inclusive of gala dinner and graduation sache cost.
